Peshawar High Court suspends License Suspension Order of DRAP's Licensing and Appellate Board
In a Petition filed by us on behalf of our Client who was suffering due to the suspension of his license by the DRAP Licensing Board and subsequently by the Appellate Board, the Mingora Bench of the Peshawar High Court was pleased to suspend the impugned orders after hearing and appreciating our contentions. The Court also depreciated the Board's act of condemning the Petitioner unheard and passing an adverse order without giving a proper opportunity of hearing. The Petitioner can carry on his business operations as a consequence of the interim order passed by the Peshawar High Court.
