Drugs Court acquits accused in the sub-standard drug case

We are pleased to secure an acquittal for Our Clients against the complaint filed by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan under the Drugs Act 1976. Our clients, a Pharmaceutical company, its Managing Director, Quality Control In-charge, Production Incharge and Production Manager were accused of manufacturing sub-standard drug. Appearing for the accused, we deliberated upon the Laboratory Report of the drugs which depicted that the drugs were not Injurious to health and were not present in the possible conditions for the drugs to lose quality. The Honourable Drugs Court appreciated our arguments and while considering the Laboratory Report, in the light of our explanation, acquitted the accused.
