Drugs Court dismisses charge against our clients and acquits them

Cepal and Co. successfully represented its clients against the charges alleged by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Our clients, a pharmaceutical company, its directors and operational staff were accused of non-compliance of the GMP conditions in the production of pharmaceutical products.

We assisted the Honorable Drugs Court and enlightened it on the Laboratory Reports issued by the Regulator itself which declared that the samples were of ‘standard quality’ and GMP conditions were duly complied. Therefore, the Court held that the prosecution has failed to bring charges home against the accused and there are material discrepancies which makes the case doubtful and duly acquitted our clients.
