Drug Court KPK acquits our client under 265-K

Our client was charged with selling of sub-standard product by the Provincial Drug Inspector, in the aftermath of alleged sub-standard samples found at DHO Office, Haripur.

We, while acting on behalf of Our Client, assisted the Honourable Court on the independent lab report of such products and the fall out of suspicion of sub-standard drug. The Court appreciated our arguments and was pleased to acquit Our Client, through an early acquittal.
