Drap’s barcode amendments: merits and demerits

On July 22, 2025, a session was held at the PPMA Karachi office, regarding practical implementation and legal implications of the recent draft amendments concerning 2D barcodes. Adv. Rashid Mureed and his team from Cepal & Co. presented insights on the merits and demerits of the amendments, particularly in relation to their potential contradictions with existing regulations and Supreme Court orders.
