Dr. Moneeba Hamid

Biography
Dr. Moneeba Hamid is a forensic jurist practicing civil and criminal law since 2004. She has taught various legal subjects as visiting faculty at two private universities as well as helmed the Departments of Law at the same. She has also undertaken training and holds a certificate in Conflict Management. She has held the position of Board Secretary/ Assistant legal advisor at ShirkatGah- Women’s Resource Center, an NGO dedicated to the legal and health awareness as well as the betterment of women. In the recent past, she has been involved in setting up and steering the APWA legal Centre as Project Director. At present she is working as a legal practitioner with a special interest in cases pertaining to medical negligence and malpractice given her forensic background.
